1)Spam.
Under no circumstances shall You send commercial electronic mail messages as defined in the new Federal spam law, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 [the “Act”], with respect to TitleDescription.com Program. For clarification, this does not prohibit You from sending transactional or relationship messages as defined in the Act. TitleDescription.com reserves the right to collect, withhold, or cancel any and all compensation related to the content You send via commercial electronic mail messages.

2)Minimum Age
You agree that you are 18 years of age or older on the date that you first approve the terms hereof. You agree that you are in a jurisdiction where participation in the TitleDescription.com Affiliate Program does not violate any law, ordinance, regulation or standard.

3)Commissions and Payments
We will pay you a commission equal to (55%) percent of sale (after deduction of credit card processing fees and any consignment/royalty fees) for each new customer. We also offer a 2nd tier equal to (17%)

For a sale to generate a commission, the customer must follow the Link from your Web site to our Web site, buy a product and remit full payment to us. However, no commission will be paid for orders that are refunded, not paid for, undeliverable or payment for which is credited to any customer.

4)Payments
Commissions will be paid WEEKLY on every Monday to your paypal account for the previous month’s weekly sales( so you will always be 4 weeks behind ) provided that the minimum payout balance is reached ( over £25 ) TitleDescription.com reserves the right to hold or cancel any payments we deem necessary if in violation of our agreement.

5)Interruption of Service
Although TitleDescription.com will try to keep the service operational at all times, a certain amount of downtime and interruption of service is always possible and inevitable. TitleDescription.com is not responsible for any interruption of the service and Affiliate agrees not to hold PLRprivatelabelrights.com liable for any consequences of interruption of any service.

6)Fraud
TitleDescription.com also retains the right to review all commissions for possible fraud. Any incidence of fraud constitutes a breach of this Agreement, and TitleDescription.com retains full authority to terminate your account or commissions accordingly.
